CTET Result 2021: CBSE has released the CTET result on ctet.nic.in. Candidates can check the result by visiting the official website or clicking on the direct link given below. 1611423 candidates had registered for CTET Paper-1 out of which 1247217 candidates appeared in the examination. Of these, 414798 candidates have passed the examination. At the same time, 1447551 candidates had registered for CTET Paper-2, out of which 1104454 candidates appeared in the examination. Of these, 239501 candidates have passed the examination.

Certificate and Marksheet to be downloaded from DigiLocker

The pass candidates have to download the CTET Certificate and Marksheet in DigiLocker. Soon these will be uploaded on Digilocker by CBSE. CTET pass candidates will be sent login details on their mobile number, with the help of which they will be able to download their certificates and marksheets from DigiLocker.


CBSE said that an encrypted QR record would have been given on CTET marksheet and certificate keeping safety in mind. The QR cord can be scanned and verified with the help of DigiLocker mobile app.


In order to pass the examination, students of general category, it is necessary to bring at least 60 percent marks i.e. 90 marks out of 150. At the same time, candidates of OBC, SC and ST category are required to get 55 per cent i.e. 82 marks out of 150.


Let us tell you that CTET examination was to be held in July 2020 but due to Kovid being postponed, now the examination has been held on 31 January 2021. According to CBSE, CTET exam was conducted in 135 cities.


CBSE conducts CTET examination twice every year. The first examination is held in the month of July and the second of December. Successful candidates participating in CTET Paper-1 will be considered eligible for teacher recruitment for classes 1 to 5. Whereas successful candidates sitting in Paper-2 will be considered eligible for teacher recruitment for classes 6th to 8th.


Candidates who have passed this examination can apply for appointment to the post of teachers in Kendriya Vidyalayas, Navodaya Vidyalayas and Army Schools across the country.
